How Robo gets to you, and back if needed.
Robo is currently available by preorder. Here's what to expect — when your Robo ships, how returns work, and what happens if anything goes sideways.
When your Robo ships
Every Robo from this first batch ships within 3 months of your order. The day it leaves our hands, you'll get an email with the carrier, tracking number, and estimated delivery window.
Once shipped, expect delivery within 7–9 business days anywhere in the US.
Where we ship
United States only for now. Outside the US? Email hello@rob-o-toy.com — we keep a list for when we expand.
Shipping cost
Calculated at checkout based on your address. Whatever you see at checkout is what you pay — no surprise fees, no fuel surcharges at the door.
Cancellations
- First 7 days after order: Cancel any time, any reason — full refund, no fee.
- After 7 days, before shipping: Cancellation comes with a 15% processing fee (covers the manufacturing slot and AI setup we've already committed to).
- After Robo ships: We can't accept returns for change of mind. The exception below always applies.
If your Robo arrives damaged or defective
This is on us. Email hello@rob-o-toy.com with your order number and a photo. We'll repair or replace at no cost to you — no return shipping fee, no forms.
If we're delayed
We don't expect to miss the 3-month window — but life happens. If the timeline slips, we'll tell you in advance.
From there, the call is yours: wait with us on a new date, or take a full refund — every cent. No talking you out of it, no forms. You're the boss.
12-month warranty
Every Robo comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. Doesn't cover accidents, water damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal cosmetic wear.
Changing your address
Reply to your order confirmation email anytime before we ship and we'll update it. Once Robo is in transit, reach out and we'll see what we can work out together.
