Shipping

How Robo gets to you.

Robo is currently available by preorder only. This page tells you exactly what to expect — when your Robo ships, how you'll track it, and what happens if anything goes sideways.

When your Robo ships

Every Robo from this first batch ships within 3 months of the day you place your order.

On the day your Robo leaves our hands, you'll get an email with the carrier name, your tracking number, and the estimated delivery window for your address.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States. If you're outside the US and want to be notified when we expand, drop us a note at hello@rob-o-toy.com — we keep a list.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Whatever you see at checkout is what you pay — no surprise fees, no fuel surcharges at the door.

Delivery time, once shipped

Once your Robo is in the carrier's hands, expect delivery within 7–9 business days anywhere in the US.

You'll get tracking updates by email at every step — accepted, in transit, out for delivery, delivered.

If anything changes

We don't expect to miss our 3-month window — but life happens. If the timeline slips, or anything else changes, we'll tell you in advance — not after the fact.

From there, the call is yours: wait with us on a new date, or get a full refund, every cent. No talking you out of it, no forms, no follow-ups. You're the boss.

If your package gets lost or damaged

If your Robo doesn't arrive within 14 days of the shipped date — or arrives in a state you wouldn't want your child to see — email us right away. We'll replace it, no return required, no forms to fill out.

The first Robos are personal to us. We'd rather make it right than make you jump through hoops.

Need to change your address?

Reply to your order confirmation email any time before we ship and we'll update it. Once Robo is in transit, things get trickier — but reach out and we'll see what we can work out together.
